Learn to Kayak on the sea in Wicklow, starting May 8th, 2024

• Learn kayaking in stable sea kayaks over 4 weeks and gain basic kayaking skills, develop skills in self rescue and water safety knowledge as well as an understanding of safe paddling on the sea, lakes and rivers
• Course will run on 4 consecutive Wednesday’s starting 8th May, 2024 , at 6pm.
• Teaching will be in sea kayaks and led by Roger McClure, a lifetime paddler, level 3 Canoe Ireland sea and river instructor.
• Location, Old East Pier, Wicklow, but this may change depending on the weather.
• In the case of high winds, it may be necessary to either relocate the class or perhaps postpone a class by a week.
• Parking is limited so we may have to park cars some distance away
• Riverbend Adventures are insured to teach kayaking and lead kayaking tours on the sea and rivers and operate on the South and East coasts of Ireland.
